With its open design, the circumaural receiver has outstanding spatiality and detailed depth gradation. The 80 ohm version impresses with the proven sound signature of the DT 990 PRO: prominent bass and extroverted highs. Compared to the 250 ohm version, the high frequencies are slightly reduced.

Breathable velour

The soft velour ear pads also offer breathability for a high level of comfort and long-lasting durability.

Flexible temple construction

The robust spring steel hoop gives the headphones a secure fit.

Lightweight construction

Secondly, the Edition models come equipped with a straight cable whereas the PRO models come with a coiled cable.
